Rivet Agency provides specialized Minecraft server consulting, including custom Spigot/Paper plugin development, BungeeCord/Velocity network configuration, map builds integration, webstore setup (Tebex/CraftingStore), Discord server synchronization, and digital creator marketing campaigns.
Rivet Agency operates as an independent freelance development initiative. We are not a registered legal corporation.
Rivet Agency does not provide server hosting, domain names, or direct billing portals. Clients are solely responsible for:
We are not liable for any server downtime, host server maintenance, or hardware failures affecting your network.
Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation strictly enforce guidelines on how Minecraft servers monetize gameplay (the End User License Agreement or EULA). The client is fully and exclusively responsible for ensuring that all store items, perks, commands, and monetization loops configured on their server conform to Mojang's Commercial Guidelines.
Rivet Agency is not liable if your server is blocklisted, suspended, or subjected to EULA enforcement actions by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.
All delivered configurations and custom development projects include a complimentary 30-day bug-fix support window following the date of final code handover. This support covers resolving bugs directly related to our delivered services. It does not cover updates for new Minecraft version releases, adding new features, or fixing issues caused by client modifications.
Ongoing maintenance and software updates after the 30-day window are subject to separate monthly service retainers.
Rivet Agency retains the right to reuse generic development snippets, custom configurations, database schemas, and common plugin templates created during development. Custom graphical assets, logos, and specific network configurations are fully owned by the client upon completion of final contract payments.
